My fitness journey began 18 years ago when I first stepped into the gym. Growing up I was always into sport — football, martial arts and athletics — so being active was a huge part of my life. I started weight training for a simple reason: I was skinny, lacked strength, and wanted to be more effective on the football pitch.
After just six months of consistent training I noticed a huge difference — not only in my physique, but in my strength, performance and confidence. Seeing those results sparked a passion for training that has stayed with me ever since.
As my knowledge grew, I naturally began helping the people I trained with. Friends started asking me to write programmes and guide them towards their goals, and realising how much I loved helping others transform inspired me to qualify as a Personal Trainer.
For the past 10 years I've helped people build strength, improve their fitness and achieve results they never thought possible. Whether your goal is to get stronger, lose weight, build muscle or simply become a healthier version of yourself — I'm here to give you the guidance, support and accountability you need to succeed.
